Solveig Dahle Smith

Qualified as a physiotherapist in 1977 from Aberdeen Hospitals School of Physiotherapy (now Robert Gordon’s University).

Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and the APPI (MAPPI)

From 1988 until 2010 I have worked exclusively as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the National Health Service. I have completed many post-graduate courses including acupuncture, women’s health, spinal therapies & problem solving, soft tissue therapies, biomechanics and ergonomics.

In 2002 I started my training with APPI and since then I have incorporated this into my clinical practice. I keep expanding my skills and knowledge within the field of Pilates by continuing my professional development with APPI as a Certified Pilates Instructor.
